Alongside our product work, we do hands-on development consultancy, 1:1 pairing sessions and workshops for teams and individuals. This is for teams that need a fractional design and build partner, or for product engineers, designers or solo founders who want to get more out of their AI tools.
Fractional design + build
We join your team in-house or remote and do the job alongside you. Design the product, build it, and ship it to production.
Price
£10,000/mo Two or three days a week, two-month minimum. One slot at a time.

Product teams that need design and engineering, and either need short-term scaling or don't want to hire long-term.
What happens
We're in your repo and your process, two or three days a week. We design the interface and write the code. Once people are using it, we stay to help you scale and improve.
You leave with
Work in production every month, and a way of working the team can keep when we leave.
Team workshop
Hands-on workshops for teams adopting tools like Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT. We work on your product: design and engineering workflows and automation.
Price
£3000/day for a small team, two days for a larger one. Remote or on-site; travel billed at cost.

Design and engineering teams using AI tools on a live product.
What happens
We set up the tools, then work on your actual product. We cut the day to what you need that week. If managers want a session on what to look for, we do that too.
You leave with
A working setup, shared habits for briefs and prompts, and work committed to the repo.
Pair session
Maybe you're working on a product and you're stuck on how to make it live. Or you're still in the design phase, and you want to make actual progress. We work together to go live. Half a day, or hourly.
Price
£600/4hr or £200/hr. Remote, over a shared screen. Or if you're based nearby, we can arrange it in person.

Designers, product engineers, and solo founders who want to get something live.
What happens
Your project, on a shared screen. We'll talk through what we're doing: how we brief the tools, when we throw a draft away, what we commit.
You leave with
Working code in your repo that you own, notes for how to keep going, and a recording if you want one.
